Districts is a photography series shot for Yorokobu, focused on the diverse cultures that live in the different districts of Madrid. There is a popular said that says “we are what we eat”, the truth is that food represents a lot when we speak about cultures but also their difference in food packaging design.
Madrid not only represents Spanish food, but is also is a landscape of all the cultures that coexist and live in the city. The images show different districts of Madrid, representing the cultures of the majority of inhabitants residing there.
